Can't install WLM 8.5

Hi,

I've been trying to install WLM 8.5 for several times now but everytime I
choose the add in options, instead of continuing with the installlation the
installer opens the initial page of Windows Live.
I even tried installing it through the standalones, but from those I get a
network error while reading the file.
Is there any configuration missing in my computer?

help would be very much appreciated.

Cheers!

Greetings,

Grab it from the following link instead (this is the standalone installer without all the
other crap):

stop and do nothing...

still got version 8.1 on my comp. any other idea?

thanks,
si.
