Greetings Olivia,

To remove your Windows Live ID from the service itself, go to the following link:
https://account.live.com/CloseAccount.aspx

To remove your account from Messenger (if you saved it). Sign out from Messenger if you're
presently signed in by right-click the Messenger icon in the notification area (by the clock)
and choose Exit. Then double-click the icon to bring up the main Messenger window. Choose
your account from the list and then choose 'Forget me'.
