i'm getting a clicking sound on my windows live messenger and video quality is jumping. Using broadband service here in kuwait WLM was working fine before i changed to faster service now i have jumping picture and a constant clicking for audio

I got exactly the same problem before!

what you can try is: click on alt - tools - options - connection.
there is the status of the connection. it should say something like:
you are connected to the internet via Upnp. When it says something
like: it is not Upnp, then you have to figure out how to enable Upnp in
your router/modem

Second thing was: i connected a Usb1.1 webcam to a Usb2.0 pci card. (Should
be no problem however people could not understand what i say.) Adding an
Usb2.0 cam and the problem was solved.
