Messenger worm

I recieved a message from my son with this link:http://video.stream.idoo.com/video.php?<my login details>
After clicking on this it sent the same thing to all my messenger contacts.
I have run a scan using Mcafee and microsoft windows detector. Both came up empty. I am currently using spybot to see if that works.
I am running vista home premium on a HP G5000
I have also done a hijackthis scan
Can anyone help?

Re: Messenger worm

For every NG there's a waster like you hiding axon. These groups are here
for helping people.

Superantispyware is NOT spyware.

Here's a few reviews, and if you want some more then goto google, if you
know how to find google and type "superantispyware review" into your search.
