Vista - Live Messenger Logging me out

Hi

My cousin has Windows Live Messenger and when I am talking to her she
will appear to stop responding. What is actually happening is that
she is not receiving my messages and has to log out and abck in
again.


This has been happening for ages and she has tried to uninstall and
reinstall.


Sometime I get a message back saying the message cannot be delivered,
but she still shows as being online


Help please!

This could be anything like a wireless connection cutting out, a faulty router requiring new
firmware, a corporate/work environment with a restrictive connection policy, and so on.

If she is in the home environment and is using a router, the firmware update for her router
may be helpful. You can find such things on the router manufacturers website.
