Greetings Jenny,
This could be anything like a wireless connection cutting out, a faulty router requiring new
firmware, a corporate/work environment with a restrictive connection policy, and so on.
If she is in the home environment and is using a router, the firmware update for her router
may be helpful. You can find such things on the router manufacturers website.
