Mysterios Office Image in conversation window

Hey there....
In the last day i had often see an office image in a conversation Window, at
the place where normaly is the contact cam symbol and sometimes ther is only
a white frame!

can someone tell me something about this image?

Normally this would mean that the user is using Office Communicator or otherwise using
federated access using Live Communications Server/Office Communications Server. However,
this user isn't and most people are seeing this in their client today due to some server
screwup at Microsoft.

I assume it will be fixed soon. It can just be ignored for now.
