Windows Live Messenger in Active Directory Computer

Hello there,
I have several computers that logon into a domain, there are some
policies that only allow to a one computer login windows live
messenger, but when I start the windows live messenger there is a
popup messenger that tell me: "by a security policy you canīt start
windows live messenger, contact with you administrator" (or some
like).
I donīt know what to do, I use gpupdate /force but the same message
appear.
Please can help anyone,
