Any idea to grant the permission please? |

Sorry, adding the registry key will have no effect because the entire Addins feature in all future versions of Messenger has been removed forever  Messenger Plus has the only easy scripting environment for Messenger available minus using the MessengerAPI but then you would need to write your own application to take advantage of that API.
