Copy emoticons,any copyright infringement?

Is there any copyright infringement if using the images of MSN emoticons on
our website? And also the MSN icon?
How about capture the screen of MSN's figure to instruct something?

Greetings Elliot,

Well certainly enough people, myself included, haven't had much issues with this. In general
terms they usually don't care unless it's being used for advertising or some sort of
promotional work.
