All icons have a black background on Live Messenger 8.5

Hi all

A mate's computer is showing all icons with a black background. This is
happening on the chat window and from the Select Emoticon window.

We are using the standard fish background for chatting.

Does anyone know of a fix for this?

The computer is running Windows XP Home with Service pack 2.

TIA Big Dave

Greetings Dave,

A reboot might be helpful. If it persists, it might be worth updating (assuming there is an
update) the video drivers on his PC.

It has been like it for ages, a reboot makes no difference and I believe she
is using the latest video drivers.
