| | Sign in WL Messenger Recently, i got a message that said We cannot sign you into WL Messenger becasue we have made changes to WL messenger that affect your account. For more information and to continue using WL messenger, please click OK. when I click ok, i get this page: http://support.microsoft.com/gp/Messenger/ Now, I've updated my WLID, and I can sign on and authenticate on this all day long, but when I try to load messenger with up my updated login id, it just keeps cycling me through this loop. To make matters more fun, I've spent over 1.5 hours looking for a link to post an email question to MS support and I can't find anything....incredibly ironic when you see my email address. -- Help? |

| | Re: Sign in WL Messenger Greetings, When transferring an account, it does usually take at least several hours before it goes through -- I personally have not gone through this process specifically with regards to a federated e-mail address, so I'm not sure how long it will take or if you'll still get the message until it fully transfers. If you do wish to harass Microsoft directly, you can do so by going here: https://support.live.com/eform.aspx?...ger&ct=eformts Click on Messenger 8.5, choose any of the links from the FAQ category on the side panel, then click "Get more help" in the lower right corner of the help topic, then click "Get support" and you'll be at the support form. -- Jonathan Kay Microsoft MVP - Windows Live Messenger MSN Messenger/Windows Messenger MessengerGeek Blog: http://www.messengergeek.com Messenger Resources: http://messenger.jonathankay.com (c) 2008 Jonathan Kay - If redistributing, you must include this signature or citation -- "ally" <ally@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:FC490E31-A73E-4F4C-8E98-7E2C9D33CD81@xxxxxx Quote: > Recently, i got a message that said > > We cannot sign you into WL Messenger becasue we have made changes to WL > messenger that affect your account.
