| | Problem. The feature you are trying to install Hi Could someone please help me with a problem pop up I am getting this is since I updated to the latest windows live messenger 8.5.1302.1018. " The feature you are trying to install is on a cd-rom or other removable disc that is not available" This is a windows installer message relating to a document veiwer. I do not have a disc to put in the pc, I have uninstalled messenger and the problem goes, and i restored to an earlier time, everytime I try to put the messenger back on then I get the same problem, I tried installing an earlier version but for some reason I can not get one to show after downloading, only the up to date version works now. any help to get this windows installer message not to come on I would be very grateful. thanking you -- Many thanks |
