Greetings,
These types of problems can be caused by bad firmware in residential routers. If you are
using a router, you may want to check with the router manufacturer's website and see if there
is an update. If there is no update, at least power cycle the router (unplug, plug back in)
and see if that helps.
Also, I assume this problem did not occur on 8.5?
