Sharing Folder Issues - Please Help

I am having issues witht his service.
Sharing Folders attempts to sync the files and flashes their names in the progress bar and 0% for progress. This happens continually, as it seems to cycle through the files.

This happens on two separtate computers, to one contact in particular.
Things were working great until about the second week of july.
The contact at that point began using a new laptop.
Some files sync'd over, and then around July 14th, is when the 0% thing began to happen.

Both of us are able to share with other contacts, and in fact, my contact can add files to the sharing folder which get sync'd to my computer as well. However, nothing seems to go FROM my computer to theirs.

I have attempted the solution of rebulilding the sharing folder by deleting the folder, and then turning sharing folders off then on, and then putting the files back into the sharing folder.
my contact has removed our sharing folder completely, so when she signs in next, it should ask her to share files with me, and we shall see what happens then.

my home computer is XP sp3, my laptop is XP sp2, and her laptop is xp sp2.
Both my computers experience the 0% issue and both computers can recieve files she adds.
Send files within a chat works fine.

Is there anything else I can try?
