Vista - Change contacts window font size?

Please tell me there is a way to change the contacts main window font
size. And if so, how?

Are you talking about Windows Mail?

I don't think you can change just the contacts font, but you can adjust the font size DPI for everything in Windows by right-clicking the desktop, choosing "Personalize", clicking "Adjust font size (DPI)" in the upper left, and checking "Larger scale (120 DPI)" or you can specify a custom DPI.

Or there is always the Magnifier:
Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Ease of Access -> Magnifier

group and the title bar of the program window. Specifically, the
main window, the window that lists contacts in various groups. I
have contacts listed by e-mail address so that the order doesn't
change frequently. Need to change the font size.
