Hi Sean,

When I go into the Application Data folder, there isn't a folder for
Microsoft or MSN...any other ideas?

Hi Jonathan,

Thanks for the reply, but I *know* they're not showing up. How do I fix the
problem? I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling MSN Messenger, and the
problem still happens.

Maybe I should ask how to do a clean uninstall, so that my previous info
isn't stored?
