RE: troubleshoot IEs offline sitting with error code 81000306

What i did with error code 81000306:

1-uninstall windows live messenger
2-run crap cleaner
3-completly del any messenger related folders left behind
4-Del you internet connection.
5-Restart Windows.
6-Setup a new internet connection to your ISP
7-Download and fresh install Windows Live Messenger.
8-Restart Windows.
9-Login and your error should desapear

Worked for me.Good luck.
