| | Remote Assistance help I have windows XP and with live messenger 8.5 when I try to get remote assistance it tells me I need to go to windows live and upgrade. I have the lastest version. Every thing I have tried has not worked. It use to work until SP2 installed. Could someone please help? -- chaney |

| | Re: Remote Assistance help Hi Chaney, No, but make sure that you are using the latest Windows Live Messenger version, Build 8.5.1302.1018, also.
