| | error 80072efd Hi I bought myself a new HP laptop with vista and therefore I installed Windows Live Messenger 8.1. but I cannot log in, I keep on getting error 80072efd. Replaced WLM 8.1 with version 8.5 but the problem remains I have followed up every possible installation sconario from a standard update, removing installed version and cleanup the folders and rebooted the PC before installing the new version, etc but no success. Therefore please advise what to do!! Thanks Henk |
