when i connect to windows live messenger there was an option under file menu
named "sign in as..", but now it disappeared.
i reinstalled the windows live suite including the windows live messenger,
but it still not appears.
what should i do?
i use windows vista home premium.

In the latest version, this option not longer exists because it's not needed. If you wish
to sign into another account, simply sign out, then bring up the main contact list and sign
in there.
