Not exactly. The ad window is actually just an Internet Explorer window, and these rollover
ones are generally just flash.

Normally I wouldn't suggest this as I don't believe in removing the ads, but some third-party
applications can assist you in just removing the ad window entirely. For instance, A-patch
or Mess Patch can do this.

Of course, this is unsupported and you'll have to search for them yourself in your favourite
search engine, but that should remove them for you.
