| Vista64 | Windows Live Application Sharing with Vista Hello all, I have noticed the Application Sharing feature does not show up on my new Vista 64-bit install. Driving me a bit crazy, as this was one of the features I use alot! Tempted to uninstall, and go back to XP ![]() Both machines have the latest Live Messenger (8.5) The other machine has XP, I have Vista. When the other machine sends the request, it automatically says Application sharing is disabled or uninstalled. Any clever person have any idea how I can fix this? Thanks |

| | Re: Windows Live Application Sharing with Vista Greetings, Application Sharing was a feature of Netmeeting which is not in Vista. Instead, the replacement is Office SharedView, although there is no Messenger integration (but you can send the SharedView links via Messenger at least): http://www.sharedview.com -- Jonathan Kay Microsoft MVP - Windows Live Messenger MSN Messenger/Windows Messenger MessengerGeek Blog: http://www.messengergeek.com Messenger Resources: http://messenger.jonathankay.com (c) 2008 Jonathan Kay - If redistributing, you must include this signature or citation -- "360bhp" <guest@xxxxxx-email.com> wrote in message news:200660db9f140decf24e115998096760@xxxxxx-gateway.com...
