| | windows live messenger beta - contact list is empty I have got a client where I did the upgrade to the beta products to fix issues with the live writer (which worked) and now their messenger list opens up and says there are no contacts in it. I checked, there are definitely three in their allow list (one is me), and I can send them messages. However my messages pop up on her screen and say I'm not in the list add me to their list. When she clicks the link it says you can’t add contacts that are already in the list. I did some goggling and found this answer here http://www.msgweb.nl/forums/showthre...d=6178#pid6178 and followed the instructions there (modified for live3) I completely uninstalled the application and cleaned up the hard drive as suggested. Then reinstalled messenger live apps and the problem persists. can u advise please? |
