| Windows Vista Home Premium 32bits SP 1 - French | 48x46 emoticon keeps getting resized in 19x19 emoticon I have this emoticon : (1.41KB)  It keeps getting resized to 19x19!! Before I could put the EXACT same emoticon without it getting auto resized. What's going on? I know that those under 50x50 are resized but why my favorite?  Help? Just make two frames of the same image, don't allow it to optimize the image so that it removes identical frames and you're done.
