| | Re: WLM Beta (9.0) Missing Menu Text Greetings, I'm thinking it might have something to do with your large DPI settings. Do you happen to know what your DPI is set to in Windows? -- Jonathan Kay Microsoft MVP - Windows Live Messenger MSN Messenger/Windows Messenger MessengerGeek Blog: http://www.messengergeek.com Messenger Resources: http://messenger.jonathankay.com (c) 2008 Jonathan Kay - If redistributing, you must include this signature or citation -- "majormagna" <guest@xxxxxx-email.com> wrote in message news:4cf69140f086ff589644527fc605f5c6@xxxxxx-gateway.com... | Vista Home Premium x64 | Re: WLM Beta (9.0) Missing Menu Text Okay, sorted it! For other people who also have the problem, go to your control panel, then to personalization, then on the left there is an "Adjust font size (DPI)" link, go to there and set it to "Default scale (95 DPI)" After a re-start the menu text will appear; however if, like me, you prefer larger text in menus.... Badger the development team to sort out 120 DPI text for the menu! |

Badger the development team to sort out 120 DPI text for the menu! P.s. I've decided to keep 120 DPI, I can still use the menu, but I'm only slightly sure about what I'm clicking on! |
