| | "Click-to-call BHO" breaks Xbox forums After installing the Messenger Beta, I am unable to use IE to browse the Xbox forums at www.xbox.com. I realized it was not something Xbox.com changed as all the other browsers continued working fine. I finally went into IE and started disabling add-ons one by one until I found the culprit: "Click-to-call BHO". After disabling it, the site would once again load just fine. Try this out yourself by going to "www.xbox.com" and click on "forums" in the header. IE will lock solid for 3+ minutes or longer. Disable Click-to-call BHO and try again and you will see it render like FireFox, Safari, and Chrome. Is someone aware of this? |
