Mr.Brain & Mr.Jonathan Have you tried a different browser yet, such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, in order to see if it is a problem of Internet Explorer or one of its settings? -- mynetx [Messenger news, Windows tips, and more...] http://blog.mynetx.net/ nibal wrote: Quote: > i still have error 810003c1 with wlm. i reinstalled live messenger to > fix the internal error but nothing changed then i tried many times to login > to my hotmail account and change the country in my profile to > different one but i still can't access my account settings page using > Internet Explorer7 . i have speed 100 Mbps > need help |

| | Re: Question to Mr.Samer Halai. Mr.Brain & Mr.Jonathan Hello Nibal, When the spinning green circle does not get replaced with the actual site contents, this refers to that the page contents is not loaded. This is usually the case when you disabled JavaScript or when there is something wrong with the XMLHttpRequest Active X control. As suggested, try installing and using a different browser to have a workaround. As for the error code 810003c1, you may be able to fix it by changing the regional settings within mentioned Windows Live Account Center (as soon as you get it loading in the one or other way). -- mynetx [Messenger news, Windows tips, and more...] http://blog.mynetx.net/ nibal wrote: Quote: > HELLO DEAR > thanks for ur interest but in fact no error code wen logging into my account > but the window still in the case of loading all the time, i mean the circle > loading is still running but nothing happens after that > but with wlm i got error code 810003c1 > > "mynetx" wrote: > Quote: >> Hello Nibal, >> >> Thanks for your feedback. >> >> What is the exact error message you are getting when trying to access >> https://account.live.com/ in your browser? >> -- >> mynetx [Messenger news, Windows tips, and more...] >> http://blog.mynetx.net/ >> >> >> nibal wrote: Quote: >>> in fact after i posted the question i installed returned to a previous >>> questin of mine in October and i found someone said he tried mozilla fire fox >>> so half an hour ago i did install this browser and get into my account page >>> but haven't tried to find if i worked with wlm or not yet cos i uninstalled >>> it from my pc. >>> >>> "mynetx" wrote: >>> >>>> Have you tried a different browser yet, such as Mozilla Firefox or >>>> Google Chrome, in order to see if it is a problem of Internet Explorer >>>> or one of its settings? >>>> -- >>>> mynetx [Messenger news, Windows tips, and more...] >>>> http://blog.mynetx.net/ >>>> >>>> >>>> nibal wrote: >>>>> i still have error 810003c1 with wlm. i reinstalled live messenger to >>>>> fix the internal error but nothing changed then i tried many times to login >>>>> to my hotmail account and change the country in my profile to >>>>> different one but i still can't access my account settings page using >>>>> Internet Explorer7 . i have speed 100 Mbps >>>>> need help |
