| | Login details blank after reboot Anyone found a solution to Windows Live Messenger not remembering login details (email & password) after a reboot? It is possible to exit messenger then go back in, but if the machine is restarted/rebooted then both fields are blank. I have this problem on my mother's machine. She has to type the her email address and password in every time. Discouraging her from using it. She has the Media Centre Edition that also suffers from not remembering domain/website passwords. I wondered if both problems were connected. I tried creating a new windows account but no luck. I have also checked the security options in MSN these seem OK. She has XP Media Center Edition SP3 and Windows Live Messenger 8.5.1302.1018 Regards William |
