| | Windows Live Messenger Non-stop crashing with BEX error Hi, I´ve read all the possible solutions people posted here in order to have my Windows Live Messenger working properly again in my Winodws Vist a, but none of them worked out. I am going nuts as I start WLM and after some secondes, it always crashes down with the following error message (it´s in portuguese, but, anyway, it would't help too much): Assinatura do problema: Nome do Evento de Problema: BEX Nome do Aplicativo: msnmsgr.exe Versão do Aplicativo: 8.1.178.0 Carimbo de Data/Hora do Aplicativo: 45b12d6a Nome do Módulo de Falhas: nzdd.dll Versão do Módulo de Falhas: 4.0.0.42 Carimbo de Data/Hora do Módulo de Falhas: 3a01a82e Deslocamento de Exceção: 000b4930 Código de Exceção: c0000005 Dados de Exceção: 00000008 Versão do sistema operacional: 6.0.6001.2.1.0.256.1 Identificação da Localidade: 1046 Informações adicionais sobre o problema: LCID: 1046 I´ve tried to do the CMD solution as pointed by someone abouve, and also uninstalled Flash and Java, disabled first page to appear after log in or even downgraded to WLM 8.0. Nothing worked. Anyone can help me? I don´t know what else could I do... Thanks!!! |

| | Re: Windows Live Messenger Non-stop crashing with BEX error Greetings, This nzdd.dll that's being referenced here seems related to a number of possible products, RealDownload, NetZip and others. They may be trying to tie into Messenger and are bringing it down. You may want to check for such products and uninstall them; I quite assure you that they're not worth it. Additionally, are you using an Acer laptop by any chance? If so, uninstall Acer eDataSecurity as it's known to case such problems as well. -- Jonathan Kay Microsoft MVP - Windows Live Messenger MSN Messenger/Windows Messenger MessengerGeek Blog: http://www.messengergeek.com Messenger Resources: http://messenger.jonathankay.com (c) 2008 Jonathan Kay - If redistributing, you must include this signature or citation -- "felipecampbell" <felipecampbell@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:61DA5636-BAD0-4717-990E-E40D31FC0A3D@xxxxxx Quote: > Hi, > > I´ve read all the possible solutions people posted here in order to have my > Windows Live Messenger working properly again in my Winodws Vist > a, but none of them worked out.
