| | Unable to send typed messages - no send button Hope someone can help. I can type messages in but there is no send button and as soon as I press return I get the following message "Windows live messenger has stopped working - a probem caused the program to stop working correctly - windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available" I have to actually write my messages with the pen which as you can imagine is slow and frustrating. I have tried to resolve by installing latest version to no avail! Currently using Version 2009 (build 14.0.8050.1202) Please help Thanks |

| | Re: Unable to send typed messages - no send button Greetings Dan, Do you have any third-party Messenger tools installed? If so, you may want to uninstall them as a starting point. As for the send button itself, they have removed it in the 2009 releases and you're forced to press enter now.
