WLM9 RC: Bug in adding custom animated emoticon

When adding a custom emoticon (by choosing Add.. when right-clicking) if the
emoticon is animated, it is not correctly rendered on the "Add a Custom
Emoticon" window.

Nice try ... ofcourse this is spam. SweetIM also shows up on several warning
sites as having ad- and malware, also browser exploit and so on. So do not
download this stuff!!
