| | Windows Live Messenger "Support" Due to it popularity, any support platform is bounded to be spammed with user requests/questions/problems that only bring more confusion to the developers. But this is the 2009 and application development is less and less closed in a cubicle. User feedback is precious and valuable in most today applications. If I recall correctly, Microsoft opened a bit to the user community a while back with a few blogs and user programs. Now, I believe that the number of this kind of communication channels have diminished mostly because of the spam and noise created around it. But I also think that even with all the noise, the feedback is important and hence, in my opinion of course, the best solution is to use a platform that helps to interact with the community that is not blogs comments or a forum. I noticed that someone in Microsoft Corporation created a Get Satisfaction product for Live Messenger [ http://getsatisfaction.com/microsoft...live_messenger ] alongside with other products (Microsoft BOB ! ) and I suggest it usefor bugs and features tracking. So, comments please. |
