Vista - WLM doesn't remember my ID & password

Can you check if your Internet Explorer's AutoComplete Settings are checked? Some of WLM's functionalities are dependent on IE.

Open Internet Explorer.
Go to Tools, then Internet Options.
Click on the Contents Tab.
Click on the Settings button under AutoComplete.
Check All the Options on the AutoComplete Settings window.
Click OK, and then another OK to Exit the Internet Options window

If this doesn't work, you may try to create a new Windows Profile to further isolate the problem.
