Dear fiends,
during last year (from spring 2008) I see permanently error on attempt to
on-line setup MS Live Messenger (Russian) and only of it! I saw this under
the misc. computers.

I feel this situation keenly: about year many Russian users are missed...

The process goes without errors, but instead of installation - the progress
bar of downloading is at end - only an advice out there: to repeat
uploading again and again, but this is not corresponding to situation and
repeatedly :-(
Moreover: all other Live-applications are mounted absolutely normally...
