Installation problem

Hi there!
I just download the new Live messenger, which apparently is installed along with 4 other programs: Microsoft Visual Studio Runtime etc.
But the first time i tried to install it my computer crashed in the middle of the installation, and the next time I tried, it gave me the message:

Messenger
Messenger Couldn't be installed because we had trouble installing this requirement:

Microsoft Visual Studio Runtime
Another installation is already in porgress. Complete that installation before proceeding with this install. Pleas wait until all other programs are finished installing, and then try again. You cannot install or remove Windows live programs while other programs ar being installed. hr:0x80070652 (see attachment)

So does anyone know how to complete or undo that installation?
Thanks
Sune

Re: Installation problem

Greetings Sune,

Reboot and then try installing this component manually by just running the following MSI:

Re: Installation problem

Thank you for the quick response, but when I try to install the file it gives me a message saying: An error occurred during the installation of assembly "Microsoft...." (attachment)
