Vista - Windows LM 2009 uninstall

still having problems, Please advise how to uninstall from Vista as we
want to install Messenger 8.5

Two of us have updated to 2009, Prior two this no trouble with video links,
Now on calling , I can see him but can't hear him, but he can see and hear
me, but has no picture of himself.
Audio /video set up okay at both ends any Ideas?????

The official way is to go to the Programs and Features in the Control Panel, choose Windows
Live Essentials, and then Uninstall/Change. Then just follow the wizard to uninstall
Messenger.

If you're having problems with the uninstall, you can use ZapMessenger to remove it:
