In Control Panel > Clock, language and region > Regional and Language Options > Advanced Options, make sure that Unicode correspond to your OS language. If it doesn't work, select other language. I don't know if this really solves the problem, but worked for me. *And remember to reboot your computer after select the Unicode*.
