Vista - windows live 9 scanning all files

is there any way to disable the scanning of all files when they are sent to you in msn?

i understand its to stop that msn virus and people accepting and infecting their pc.. for one i have nod32 which stops these files 2. i never accept the files i can tell when its a virus, i rather be able to turn it off and not scan every file before it accepts it and when i try send so it doesent do that continue thing when is end it, i dont send viruses.

i disabled the checking for files with.. virus and still it does it
