old account

hi, my old accoun on msn got hacked tonight, i think i may have been
keylogged, i rebooted and made a new account, which i am currently using, i
have a big problem though... i have an xbox account, in an attempt to stop
the hacker i had a reset password sent to the emails inbox, once it was sent
it wouldnt let me into my email, so i was left without even knowing my own
password, now i cant move my xbox details to my new live account which is
important as it sends billing confirmations and things to it, i need my
password for the account, and i need help, this is genuine i really promise,
i really really need this account back

Then you really, really need to talk to support at MSN. You've posted
this message in a newsgroup where we all are users, just like you, and
there's nothing any of us can do to help you.

Re: old account

Greetings,

To add, the link to the support for Windows Live ID is here:
https://support.live.com/default.aspx?productkey=wlid
After clicking the link, choose any option from the FAQ on the left, then choose 'Get more
help' at the bottom right, and then 'Get more support'.
