I recently installed WLM9 and I can't sign into my account it keeps giving me
a message saying "We can't sign you in to Windows Live Messenger. Your
contact list is not available right now, please try again later"

I am running windows XP on my computer. When I search for this error code on
this board it does not return any results and only 3 results come up on
google... none of which are helpful.

I have also attempted to uninstall WLM9 and install an earlier version but
it does not appear in my add and remove programs list, although there is an
entry for Windows Live One Care Safety Scanner which has the WLM icon.

Has anyone else had this problem?? Or does anyone have any tips on how to
fix it??
