| | WLM - Other party's audio "choppy" on Samsung NC10 Netbook Hi, I hope you are well The subject says it all really. Video is fine but received audio is absolutely unusable. It sounds as if it's being blanked for 100mS at a time. I have tried turning off QOS but there's no difference. The other party can hear my audio perfectly and when I try the same connection with a Dell XPS laptop, the audio is fine. As far as I know, the computer is completely up to date. AV s/w is Norton Internet Security. OS is XP Home, 1GB RAM. I've ordered a RAM upgrade to boost it to 2GB but I don't know how much that will help. Any other options I can try please? TIA |

| | RE: WLM - Other party's audio "choppy" on Samsung NC10 Netbook Hi, For anyone interested, I found a fix for this... it seems that the latest WLM version causes the choppy sound issue, download version 8.5 (build 1288.816), it fixed mine straight away.
