Vista - WLM09 taller then it looks in XP

WLM09 taller then it looks in XP

Using XP with classic look.

When i grab the top of WLM09 the actual border of the program is taller then
as I see it. Is this just an XP conflict?

Here's a jpg of what i see...

Also the menu bar on the right end should have the same thin black line as
the border IMHO.

Greetings Frosty,

This is a known and expected although it only appears if you have the 'Show window contents
while dragging' option off in Windows. This gives away the sneaky way they've done the
window in this version. I'm afraid there's no real workaround besides switching that
Windows option on.
