Vista - Change a Password

I'm using Windows Live Messenger and Hotmail and want to change my password. Wheres the best place to do this. Can it be done once for all these services?

are you asking if you change your password for messanger will it change for hotmail to ?
the answer to that is yess if you change it for messanger it allso change hotmail as they are both linked in some sort way or another ...
to change it you can do it through hotmail...

You'd change it at http://account.live.com

Changing it will change it across the board, i.e. for Hotmail, Live
Messenger and any other Live services, and anywhere else you'd use your
Windows Live ID.
