Lost 411 directory

I upgraded to Windows Live Messenger, Version 2009 (Build 14.0.8064.206)
tonight and I lost my tab for 411 directory.. I used it a lot. Can I get it
back??

Thanks

Re: Lost 411 directory

Greetings Frosty,

Tabs are not gone, they are now windows located at the bottom of the contact list. The icons
right above the advertisement.

Some locales (like the Canadian locale) have lost some of the existing tabs however.

Re: Lost 411 directory

Thanks for the reply.. I have my tabs back up and only see 'Go to Today' ,
'Workopolis' and 'Windows Live all about live tabs' . I tried to find the
411 tab, but no luck.. So it cannot be added?

Thanks . Blair

Re: Lost 411 directory

Hi Blair,

I'm afraid not, these tabs (or windows, or whatever we want to call them now) are configured
on the server and setup when you sign in. A number of tabs haven't made the transition in
all the locales, although I've not been informed of the exact reason (whether it's broken
technically or those responsible have to sign/pay new agreements) so I'm not sure what the
possibility of them coming back is.

However, I'd like to confirm that the 411 tab is gone in 2009 in the Canadian locale, just so
you you're aware this isn't just you.
