Greetings Hiam,

I don't necessarily recommended "sing"ing into Messenger, although that would be fun.

Seriously though, are you using any sort of antivirus or internet security software? If so,
what is it? You may want to uninstall any of these products and then try again to see if
that is the problem (you can reinstall afterwards).
