No Video for myself on WLM 2009

I installed the new WLM 2009, (Build 14.0.8064.206). I used Windows XP Pack 3
on my O/S. Before installing this version, I have never had any problem for
the video unit.

I could not see my own video nor my friend from the remote site. I could see
my friend fine from the remote site. The audio portion were fine on both
sites. My friend could hear me and I could hear him.

I did some testings and in the testing, the video came up without any
problem. When I started making connections, there was a red x on the camera.

Do I need to deinstall this version? I could not locate what program I need
to deinstall.

(I am still using IE version 7.)

Please advise. Thank you.

Additional information (Forgot to post)

I have McAfee Anti-Virus running at the background as well. This is the part
of the AT & T Internet Security Suite. I had disabled and enabled the
firewall previously and I still had no luck getting my own video. Thanks.
