WLM on mobile (in UK)

Im trying to get WLM for my Windows mobile (T-Mobile MDA Vario III). I've
found web site http://www.messengergonemobile.com/ where it says I can get
WLM for my phone, but then it sends me an SMS that points me to WLM through
Internet Explorer on the phone. Is this just for the UK? Any ideas why MS
aren't offering an executable for WLM in the UK? I don't want to run it
through the web browser.

Re: WLM on mobile (in UK)

Greetings,

As of today, it's per carrier, Microsoft doesn't offer the Messenger client directly and it's
up to each carrier/OEM to deliver it. It's not a per country issue.

However, tomorrow (April 2nd), the new version of the suite will be released which I believe
contains the latest Messenger client (finally). So just head over to
http://wl.windowsmobile.com on the 2nd.
