| | Saving video sessions? Hello I hope I am in the right forum. I have recently downloaded what I think is the latest version of MSN (Windows Live Messenger) and would like to be able to save the video file Quote: >when someone at the other end has a Webcam (and I do not). Cheers Steve |

| | Re: Saving video sessions? Greetings Steve, You can give MSN Webcam Recorder a try: http://ml20rc.msnfanatic.com/rc.html Although I believe in the latest version of Messenger, only the 'Show my webcam' options will work, not the actual video calls. But you can try both anyway. Although more reliable would be using sort of screen capturing, like Snagit/Camtasia like tools, although that would be rather annoying to constantly be setting up. -- Jonathan Kay Microsoft MVP - Windows Live Messenger MSN Messenger/Windows Messenger MessengerGeek Blog: http://www.messengergeek.com Messenger Resources: http://messenger.jonathankay.com (c) 2009 Jonathan Kay - If redistributing, you must include this signature or citation -- "SteveH" <SteveH@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:A1462969-CEC7-4F72-AC02-17CC019FFEBA@xxxxxx Quote: > Hello > > I hope I am in the right forum. > > I have recently downloaded what I think is the latest version of MSN > (Windows Live Messenger) and would like to be able to save the video file Quote: >>when someone at the other end has a Webcam (and I do not). > Is that possible? > > Cheers > > Steve |
