Well just to update you all;

None of the tips & tricks worked! I've tried all listed in this newsgroup
but this darn update continues to return! NOW What!!!! Perhaps when Microsoft
releases patches on the 14th of april this might just disappear!

Thanks for trying...........I will visit wl group! out of all the WSUS users
i cannot beleive we are the only 3 companies with this issue!
