Vista - When is video going to be fixed in v9? (Messenger is not availabl

Hi!

I constantly get Messenger is not available right now. Please try again
later. (0x8ac70013). I looked through the web and all I can find is either
1) downgrade to 8.x or 2) something about mcafee siteadvisor.

I do not have McAfee Site advisor on any of the three PCs that have this
issue.

Is there anything that can be done here? I really don't want to go
backwards becuase I love the feature with v9 of being singed in at multiple
locations.

But this really frustrating.

I am also getting this error ever since I upgraded Messenger and Internet
Explorer.

Also I am unable to stop explorer from starting at the download page for
explorer 8. That is also bloody frustrating.
